We are currently hiring a Digital Print Production Operator to add to our all-star team. The successful candidate will possess good organizational skills, excellent follow through skills, and be high energy. A great multi-tasker, capable of working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. The ability to schedule, negotiate and track projects is crucial.

Job Description:

The Digital Print Production Operator is responsible for the on-time, successful completion of printing orders and projects most notably our licensed video game controller skins. Collaborates with our creative team on product development and refinement. Completes print jobs on our 1638x Mutoh printer as well as other machinery.

The position is full time and works at our Temecula, California office.

Requirements

: - Experience with 1638x Mutoh printer (or similar large format) printer. -Experience operating wide format printer a MUST - Experience in sign making and installation - Design & production utilizing: Signlab, Illustrator, Photoshop, Raster Link Pro. Printing large format graphics to include vinyl application, vehicle graphics application, and foam core
- Experience with Kiss cuts and flexcuts
- Finishing experience including laminating and mounting graphics, vinyl cutting and working to meet deadlines
- Quality control of finished product(s)
- Creative, proactive troubleshooter able to quickly identify and resolve problems at all levels
- Thrive in deadline-driven environment while remaining flexible under pressure

Experience in the following fields a plus:
- Familiarity with video games, such as XBOX & PlayStation games
- Direct to garment printer on T-shirts, hoodies and bags
- Graphic Art and Design
-Sign Shop printing
